📜 Terms & Conditions – Order Processing

By placing an order with Ezo Business, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order processing, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

1️⃣ Order Processing & Payment Terms

  • Order processing will only begin once the initial payment is received.

  • For COD orders, a partial advance payment is required before we initiate the service. However full and final payment shall be made before completion of service.

2️⃣ Advance Payment Requirement

  • The advance amount will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Failure to make the advance payment within the specified time may result in order cancellation.

3️⃣ No Refund Policy on Processing Charges

  • Once the order is processed, the advance payment is non-refundable, except in cases where Ezo Business is unable to deliver the service.

4️⃣ Timelines & Service Fulfillment

  • The estimated time for service completion is provided based on standard processing times.

  • Delays due to government processing, incomplete documentation, or incorrect information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Ezo Business.

5️⃣ Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that all required documents and details are provided promptly.

  • Failure to provide necessary information within the stipulated time may result in delays or cancellation.

6️⃣ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before processing begins, but any payment made towards government fees or third-party costs is non-refundable.

  • If an order is canceled after processing has started, only the unutilized portion of the service fee (excluding any processing charges) may be considered for a refund at Ezo Business's discretion.

Money-Back Guarantee Clause 💰

We at Ezo Business are committed to delivering high-quality services with complete transparency. However, in case we are unable to fulfill your service request due to reasons attributable to us, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

✔️ If Ezo Business fails to initiate or complete the service within the agreed timeline, and the delay is not caused by the customer (e.g., incomplete documentation, incorrect information, or government delays). ✔️ If the service request is denied by the concerned authorities, and the denial is due to an error on our part. ✔️ If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen internal issues, and no alternative solution is available.

🚫 No refund will be provided in the following cases: ❌ If the order is canceled after processing has started and government fees or third-party payments have already been made. ❌ If the delay or rejection is due to incorrect/incomplete documents or details provided by the customer. ❌ If the customer changes their mind after order confirmation.

Refund Processing: ✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
