1️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
✔️ We fail to initiate or complete the service due to reasons attributable to Ezo Business.
✔️ The service request is denied by the concerned authorities, and the denial is due to an error on our part.
✔️ The request for cancellation is made before the service process has started.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases:
❌ Government fees, statutory payments, or third-party charges once paid are strictly non-refundable.
❌ If the service delay or rejection occurs due to incorrect/incomplete information or documents provided by the customer.
❌ If the customer changes their mind after order confirmation.
❌ Any refund requests after service completion will not be entertained.
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
✔️ Orders can be canceled before processing begins, and only the service fee (excluding processing/government fees) may be refunded.
✔️ If cancellation is requested after processing has started, only the unutilized portion of the service fee will be refunded at Ezo Business’s discretion.

3️⃣ Refund Processing Time
✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
✔️ We will notify you once the refund is initiated.
4️⃣ Service Timelines & Delays
✔️ The estimated service completion time is based on standard processing durations.
✔️ Delays due to government approvals, third-party verifications, or customer documentation issues are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
